Western Wealth Capital prides itself on being a people-first company, prioritizing the 20,000 residents who live in their communities. Its motto is “to do business with human terms, not term sheets alone.”
In 2015, the company launched an initiative to make Christmas brighter for families—selecting one family in need at each of its multifamily communities with a rent-free December. The company also gifts a Christmas experience, including food vouchers and presents for an entire family.

During the past eight seasons of giving, Western Wealth Capital has provided nearly 300 families $283,000 of free rent, and 51 families have received a combined $40,000 in holiday surprises across Atlanta; Dallas; Houston; Las Vegas; and Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.
“The families who call our communities home are working hard day in and day out to give their loved ones as much as they can,” says Janet LePage, co-founder and CEO of Western Wealth Capital. “Being able to skip a month of paying rent or having some holiday gifts provided allows them to take a deep breath and maybe get ahead a little bit. We love being able to offer these programs to such deserving people.”
In addition to the company’s holiday work, the company hosts a school supply giveaway each year that assists in taking away families’ financial burden of purchasing backpacks and school supplies.
